Ah, life is good. I’ve owned property on Holden Beach for more than eight years. As I’ve watched the community grow, my love for the area and my interest in real estate have led me to a career helping others realize their dream of coastal living. Two years into my new career, I still enjoy looking through listings of properties I know very well. Which ones would I recommend to a family member? Which ones might be right for a particular friend? Which ones would I just like to buy up for myself?
Since I really enjoy trying to match up opportunities with buyers, I guess I’ve found the right job for myself. I have done well by friends and family when they have chosen to purchase property. I’m always looking for opportunities that I’d feel comfortable recommending to potential clients.
I invite you to take a look at some recent listings that have caught my eye. In my opinion, this list includes some amazing values for the right kind of buyer. (Note that most of these properties are not my listings. The list changes periodically; descriptions will indicate which, if any, are mine.)
These listings aren’t necessarily for everyone. Maybe you’re the type that likes to analyze, plan and consider large purchases over a period of time. I applaud you on this, and I’d love to discuss your objectives with you—but this is not the list for you. In my opinion, this list represents “quick strike” opportunities that might not be on the market for long.
