Thanks for visiting my site and taking some time to read about our communities in Brunswick County. I am lucky to live on Holden Beach along the coast in Southern North Carolina. After several years of watching new friends and neighbors realize their dreams of coastal living, I’ve decided to start a career helping people find a place they can call their home, or at least their home away from home.

I would also like to help those who are looking for a smart investment. I wish my stock holdings had done as well in the last five years as my land investments, but that’s a different story.

I tried to design this web site to provide you with relevant information about the area from the perspective of someone who really knows and loves it. My hope, of course, is that you’ll want to pick up the phone, send me an email—even make a trip to the area to see if it’s right for you. For my part, I won’t ever insult your intelligence or try to put the hard sell on you—I don’t work that way. I believe the Southern North Carolina coast is a beautiful area…one that provides a wide variety of opportunities for those looking for the coastal lifestyle.
